20+ Years of strategic transformational program and project delivery. MSP® (Managing Successful Programmes) and PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) practitioner certified. Accomplished program and project management of complex transformation projects, including (but not limited to) organisational restructures, transition of sensitive business operations to external services, implementation of new business functions and technologies, and establishment of insourced and outsourced vendors, service providers and business partners. Specialist in establishing and embedding operational service levels, process and governance frameworks, business architecture standards, new operating functions and shared services (including regulatory, legal and commercial arrangements). Experienced facilitation of internal and external workshops, presentations and meetings with subject matter experts nationally and internationally, university academics and heads of department, technology vendor technical and relationship managers, senior government officials (incl. Ministers and foreign government delegations), senior executives and board directors. Proficient communication, internal, external and government liaison, workshop facilitation, commercial negotiation and engaging presentations.

Please note that any appointment time changes (< 1 business days from the appointment date), appointment cancellations (< 3 business days from the appointment date), or missed appointments may incur an appointment preparation fee equivalent to 25% of the total agreed fee due for the scheduled appointment.
