Univity's Managing Director, Oriel Mendoza possesses 24+ years of strategic intelligence,  trusted advisory, and transformational delivery experience spanning strategy, critical customer-facing and real-time systems, large-scale business mergers and data migrations, core system software upgrades, digital transformations, and end-to-end business performance improvements.

Being a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and holding both MSP® (Managing Successful Programmes) and PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) practitioner certifications, he is an accomplished programme and project director of complex projects, including (but not limited to) organisational restructures, transition of sensitive business data and operations to external services, implementation of new technologies, and establishment of insourced and outsourced vendors, service providers and business partners.

Oriel is a specialist in developing highly effective business strategies, forming and embedding operational service levels, designing process and governance frameworks, introducing business architecture standards, and establishing new operating functions and shared services (including regulatory, legal and commercial arrangements).

His extensive experience working with business experts both nationally and internationally, university academics, technology vendors, senior government officials (incl. ministers and foreign government delegations), senior executives and board directors has ensured that he is a proficient communicator, confident internal and external liaison, well-versed workshop facilitator, experienced commercial negotiator, and very engaging presenter.
